Here I have come up with new Investment option i.e Magnus sheep park
Before reading this post first go through their investment plan and procedure on how they generate the income for you....

Key Points from their Plan:
1. As per them they are registering us Plot/land which equal to our invested amount (1200 Sq.Yd for 16 Lacks as of now )

2. And later they will go for 28Lacks of loan from NABARD on mortgage... which will be paid back to NABARD bank from your profits every year...

3. With this loan amount they will buy best breeds of sheeps and built Modern Shed 

4. Then after 13 months you start getting your profit/income from this business investment which is not less than 6lacks as per them..

5. Also you get income from their waste from Sheeps and Solar power which accumulated after using it for internal use..


Well, This looks great investment on paper and attractive,Safe and tempt you for go this.....

But... Wait!!!! here are some of the catch points for you to check before going for this project!!!! 


1. First check whether this plot is worth for 16Lacks or not..
    Project located near Divitipalli village which is 10 KM far from Jadcherla and 1.5 Km from Bangalore National Highway
Here 1 Acre cost around 12 to 14 lacks, So  1200 Sq.yd Costs around 3 to 4 lacks max..

After Including developments like roads and other infrastructure It should be max 5 Lacks..

But they are selling it for 16 Lacks, So here you are paying extra 11 Lacks to them.. :)

They will tell us like nothing else we will charge for Buildings, Other Office infrastructure, Employs food, medicines, and Maintenance.. 

But indirectly they are charging 11 to 12 lacks extra by selling 4 Lacks worth Land for 16Lacks..   
That extra 11 to 12 Lacks is their profit from this selling land on each 1200 Sq.Yd unit


2. If they fail to run the business what happens Next????
Even though Company guarantees that it is a great business no other though of closing the business or losses, That Can not be true always for any business...

If they quit the project any time because of any reasons, You are the responsible for Loan(28 Lacks)
which has taken on your name for building shed and buying the sheeps..

As per them, company guarantees the loan repayment, But if they are abscond, Bankers will handover your land and unit and you finally left with empty hands.... :(

Am not telling this will happen.. But its my just internal understanding and opinion on Both Positive and Negative sides of the Investment Plan 

So before proceeding , Get clarified on every doubt and if you feel its safe go ahead ..
